Use Haslett Realty as your Buyers agent . You must sign a buyers agent agreement before looking at any houses. Time is money to us  and if you buy a house within the first 3 houses we show you ,you will receive 50% of our commission on your sale. This rebate will be paid within 5 business days of your closing. You can benefit the most by looking on line, driving by the houses and making sure it's in the right area and has exterior appeal. Many listing have interior pictures  on line as well. We will show you as many houses as you want to see, however if you do your home work before we make appointments to see these houses you could receive a larger rebate. You must be prequalified by mortgage company and copy of letter must be given to your agent before looking at houses,

Buy within looking at 4 to 6 houses and you receive 30% of our commission.

Buy within looking at 7 to 10 houses and receive 20% of our commission.

Buy after looking at 10 or more houses and receive 10% of our commission.
